Kyllo // Systems TTY0 · 80×25 · PHOSPHOR P1

Invoicing,
uncapped.

Unlimited clients and invoices, multi-currency, PDFs and shareable links — for solo consultants and the small teams billing right alongside them.

No artificial limits. No feature paywalls. Just the invoice, the payment, and a quick look at where your money stands.

Kyllo is invite-only — request access and we'll set you up.

// The pitch

Software shouldn't ration your clients.

The billing tools out there cap you at three clients, then ask $300+/year to go further — a premium not for more value, but to undo a limit someone invented. Most of the time you just need to send an invoice and check what you're owed. So that's what we built, without the meter running.

Billing

BILL·01

Invoices

Build invoices with inline line items, live totals, and configurable tax — set any rate and label (VAT, GST, IVA) with an optional legal note. Drop in discount lines, issue with sequential numbering under your own prefix, then duplicate, void, or track them through a clean draft → sent → paid lifecycle with due dates and overdue flags.

BILL·02

Multi-currency

Invoice in USD, EUR, CAD, or GBP. Totals stay grouped by currency and are never blended into one misleading number — each currency is tracked on its own.

BILL·03

Clients

Keep contacts, billing addresses, a default currency, tax defaults, and notes for each client — so a new invoice inherits the right rate and label automatically. Archive the dormant ones, and open any client to see its own billing summary and recent invoices.

BILL·04

Payments

Record payments as they land — in full or partial. Balances and status update themselves, so an invoice moves to partially paid or paid on its own and you always know what's still owed. Set your bank or remittance details once and they print on every invoice, so clients know exactly how to pay.

PDF & public links

Every invoice renders to a clean PDF and a shareable link your client can open with no account and no login — just the invoice, viewable or downloadable.

Email templates

Customizable invoice-sent and payment-received templates, with fill-in variables like invoice number, totals, and the public link — and you can override subject and body per client.

Smart billing

Set up recurring invoices by describing them in plain language — invoice Acme €2,000 on the first of every month. Kyllo drafts each one on schedule and stops there: issuing and sending stay yours. When it's unsure — inferred figures, low confidence — it holds the draft for your approval instead.

CRM

Parties & roles

One record per person or company, holding as many roles as the relationship needs — the same contact can be a customer, a referral source, and part of your team at once. Reach them by email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, and file them with your own classifications and identifier types.

Pipeline & services

Define the stages a customer moves through and the services you offer — your labels, your order, not a vendor's. Move anyone along their pipeline from the party page, and archive what you've outgrown without losing history.

Sources & team

Track where customers came from and who's looking after them. Record a referral source on any customer, assign a team member, and see every stage change, assignment and comment on one activity timeline.

Sign-in & security

Sign in with a magic link sent to your email — nothing to remember, nothing to leak. Add a passkey in Settings if you'd rather use Face ID or a security key. Access is invite-only, so no one signs themselves up.

Companies

Belong to more than one company and switch between them from the top of the nav — useful if you bill through more than one entity, or a bookkeeper works across several. Each company keeps its own clients, numbering, currency and books.

// Operators

Built for one. Scales to a few.

Whether it's just you or a small crew, the limits stay off.

01 · Solo consultants

Send invoices, track what's paid, and check your finances without a subscription tier deciding how many people you're allowed to work with.

02 · Small teams

Invoicing multiple clients across currencies, without per-client caps or per-seat upsells getting in the way of just getting paid.

03 · Switchers

Moving off a capped tool? Set your starting invoice number so the sequence continues from your previous platform — no awkward reset to #1.
