How the yearly plan works

You start with 30 free days. Then you pay for 12 months, and the price is fixed for the whole year. For example, if you start on 25 October:

What's included

We move you off Excel

We bring your spreadsheets over: we load your clients from Excel, put the data into the right fields and show you the result before anything is saved. You don't have to move everything at once: you can start with one client and keep Excel open for now.

Set up for you

We set up your stages, fields and staff access, once, when you join.

Your whole team and any number of clients

No extra cost per user and no limit on clients, with every feature from day one. Everyone has their own sign-in, with no shared passwords, and each client can be assigned to a specific person.

Everything about a client on one record

Contacts, NIF or passport, documents, comments and the full history of changes. Only your team can see the documents.

Your own stages and fields

You name the stages yourself, in your order and your colours. Your own fields (amount, date, yes/no, text) can be shown as columns, like in a spreadsheet.

AI conversation summaries

AI turns a long conversation with a client into a short summary, and the chat itself is not stored.

Leads from partners

Every lead from a partner arrives marked with who sent it. You review it before it becomes a client.

Appointments and consultations

Client bookings on a shared schedule, with notes after each meeting.

Paid separately

Leads from your website and messengers
We can set things up so that leads from your website, messengers and other channels go straight into Kyllo. Connecting channels is paid separately; we price it once we've discussed which channels you need.

Setup when you join is free. If you need changes later, they are paid separately.

What happens after 30 days?

Do I pay for each team member?

No. The price is per company, and your whole team is included.

Who moves my data from Excel?

We do, and it's included in the price.

Is VAT included?

No, prices exclude VAT. The VAT rate depends on your country and is added at checkout.

How much does it cost to connect leads from my website and messengers?

It depends on the channels. We price it once we've discussed which ones you need.

We have offices in different cities or countries. What should we do?

Each office can have its own workspace. With annual billing, the second and every additional workspace is 20% cheaper: €239 a year + VAT.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time: the month you've paid for is not refunded, further charges stop, and you keep working until the end of that month. The yearly plan is not refundable, but you keep access until the end of the year you've paid for, and you can cancel renewal at any time. You can decide whether Kyllo is right for you during the 30 free days, before your first payment.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

We keep it for another 30 days: during that time you can come back and carry on, or ask for an export. We export all your data and documents free of charge. After that, the data is deleted.
