Who it's for

Good to know
- Certified invoicing. Some countries require invoices to be issued with certified software or reported to the tax authority in a set format, for example Portugal, Italy, and Spain with Verifactu. Kyllo isn't certified under any of these schemes yet. Check with your accountant whether Kyllo suits your official invoices.
- Online payment. Your clients can't pay an invoice online yet. Your bank details are on every invoice, and you mark it as paid.
- Past invoices. We bring your clients over, but not your invoice history.
Questions about invoicing
Can I invoice in different currencies?
Yes: EUR, USD, GBP and CAD. Totals are kept separate for each currency.
Can I continue my existing numbering?
Yes. Set your prefix and the number to start from, and Kyllo carries on from where your old system stopped.
How does my client receive the invoice?
By email with a PDF and a link they open without an account.
Can clients pay online?
Not yet. Your bank details are printed on every invoice.
Is Kyllo certified for Verifactu?
Not yet. Check with your accountant whether Kyllo suits your official invoices.
Are invoices included in the price?
Yes. Every feature is included in €29 a month or €299 a year for the whole company, VAT not included.
Can an AI assistant prepare my invoices?
Yes. Connect Claude or another assistant that supports MCP and choose what it may do: draft, issue, record payments. Every change it makes appears in the invoice's history.
